Granola. Sweet and salty. Soft and crunchy. Great for Breakfast,A Snack, or Dessert.
Ingredients
1/3 cup of canola oil
2/3 cup of honey
1/2 tbsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of wheat germ
1 tbsp of flax seed
4 cups of old fashioned oats
2 cups of almonds chopped or sliced
1 cup of walnuts
4 tbsp of brown sugar
(Be sure to wash your hands before you touch any food, and always put your hair up in something.)
How it's made
Preheat the oven to 300o Fahrenheit
In a large bowl, combine oats and nuts.
In a separate bowl combine vanilla, honey, and canola oil.
Mix until looks creamy. Add to the oats.
Put the wheat germ and flax seed inside of the mixture.
Incorporate until you can't see anymore of the dry oats.
Put onto greased baking sheet and place in oven.
Bake for 40 minutes flipping over the mixture every ten minutes.
